Grand Finale!

Work on the Grand Avenue project wrapped up in October of this year. What was once a crumbling bungalow has emerged with new life, new spaces and a bright future for new owners.

As I continue to learn more about the design and construction world, my feet feel somewhat more firmly planted. Expect the unexpected, but be as prepared as possible is the only way to approach this work.

There were many challenging moments, but what got me through it was the ability to pivot and remain dedicated to a vision. How things got done often changed, but I always knew what this house was going to be in the end.
